chinese character note messenger bug

does it work in NA, has it ever worked in NA, if it did work, does it still work in NA?

i'm from EU and trying to see how it works.

For those that don't know, when you send a friend a note with chinese characters, their messenger gets bugged afterwards and every time someone messages them in the messenger, they crash.

just wondering if it has been patched yet, or not.

Surely he got HWID ban or maybe want try NA because he think is easly to hack.

nah, i play in EU, but just wondering if its working in NA, due to the updates , also posting this in EU would get no replies, as i doubt many of the EU members can even speak good english
