Can someone explain me precisely how the calling card unlocking work?

For example on the Killer challenges the game counts my uninterrupted kills for a bloodthirsty and gives me the calling card or it counts the medals that I get? Also the Master killer card how does that unlock? Does it look at the other calling cards or something else?

lol we were talking about a different topic I would like to know how does the game do it not the hacks but i guess i wasn't precise enough with the topic title. Thus having a question if treyarch looks at your profile does the hack pop out and make u exposed by changing a number only or they can only know if they watch all your theatre films..
