How would you like to see the New GFX section be?

Perhaps..

-Somebody ready for pressure.
-Ready to handle each situation like every other mod should/does.
-Somebody who knows at least the basics of graphics [not just PS]
-Somebody who always gives good CnC's and supports fellow members.
-Somebody who will draw members and be active.

I'd like to see a better SOTW setup.
-Maybe a new set of rules [The forum rules + some graphics specific ones]
-New sections [Digital art, web design, 3D, Model... Maybe even pen/pencil/tablet]
-New groups, contests [like a contest to design a Vb Layout for MPGH]

I mean it's not as if the GFX sections has different rules to any other sections. It just always seems to be ruined by people who don't bother helping and just post to feed their egotistic minds.

I also think that there needs to be more seperation between being a GFX Mod and being in the GFX Team. GFX Mod is just like any other moderator in this forum. Their job is to moderate. Keep down flaming, spamming etc.
Being in the GFX Team should mean that your job is to help others by providing helpful CnC, encouraging comments, posting tutorials for popular pieces and doing requests for people who deserve it.
Of course they can help each other but a lot of people who have been in the GFX Team (past and present, till a couple of weeks ago) sometimes think that they are Moderators just without the Mod CP and Usermask. This has lead to flaming, spamming etc. This created a hostile environment in the GFX section and driven away a lot of helpful members.

Maybe we should just tack the [GFX] mod postion onto a former or current moderator..?
And give the GFX team positions to people who C+C and do requests the most / and the best.

im not gonna lie half the ppl youve named do not help or do requests

I think I could be Gfx team member because I've
have gotten better in Gfx over the 2 past weeks
and I started acepting sig requests
lastly I spend atleast 4-6 hours a day on mpgh.net
But I have never made a tut so may need help on that
