How would you like to see the New GFX section be?

I agree fully with that part. Anyways i forgot that kira was banned, but still we need a little more gfx team members that can handle a few request threads.

I think me and Faux are kind of at the same table really (wow bad analogy, o well). My prioity is the GFX team and not particularly the mod part.

-More mods, or at least 3/4, different timezones aswell.
-Better organization.
-Each GFX team member gets his own sub-section.
-GFX team must do at least 1/2 requests a week.
-GFX team must post at least 3/4 tutorials of one of his tags.

But, why don't you get a team,(I think you're already doing) and put everybody as a trial mod.
You can see afterwards(like 1/2 weeks) who did the best job, and who did the worst job, then give like the 3 best people mod and the other ''xx'' not.

Mostly agree with that but before a trail period wirtten apps should be sent to the higher power to see who might be appropiate.

So I am thinking about splitting up the graphics team and moderators, and make the graphics leader someone else (not a moderator). Not saying the moderator can't be part of the graphics team, I think by isolating their functions, people are less likely to overlap duties and we are less prone to have this problem.

I'm not sure yet though. I won't be able to implement it yet today, either. Probably tomorrow.

I prolly have no say but better mods(active) more control in the section(organized) and i think the ppl should choose the mods

that is true but the gfx team members should be voted in by their helpfulness to members like the tutorials they make ,if they acept sig requests and if they give CnC or give members tips
