Can anyone email me a tutorial about how to make your own Combat Arms Skin?

look in the combart arms folder there should be many diff folders in one of them is a certain thing of something like where u start game u can open its picture file and edit it with ps,gimp,paint, or paint.net but u gotta find the right files to do it so if u wanted to change the loading screen u got to find out where the file is located

Yes ik these, but its the CombatArms.exe and EndingBanner.exe i don't know how to make.

These are the files you need to make the Images.
It's like some kind of application.

Any ideas?
