If vac ban is impossible to crack how come I am playing with "ban on record" people?

the ban on record notice in the steam account is specilised to a game and not the whole account

it's funny because every time i end a game with good kdr they check my steam and after seeing "ban on record" i had with mw3, they instantly call me a hacker
