Is an anti hack possible?

I am not asking or begging for hacks. So don't delete the thread. I just want to discuss if it's possible or not.

I just want to know if it a theoretical 'anti hack' is possible. Anti hack meaning an inject-able or external hack that hides you from a esp names / wallhacker.

I realize that even if it was possible, why would a hacker make it anyways? Their own work would be pointless.

Look up guid changing. I used to do it on IW5M and TeknoMW3.
