All my stuff has dissapeared?

I have a bit weird problem on A.V.A.
All my stuff dissapeared, i dont have helmet or any armor and my charater is invisible?
and all my guns are gone and my money is 0. can u guys please help me?!

you deleted your character or other files or jsut relog and you ahve a badd internet connection

No, i relog like 6 times and nothing... and i reinstalled the game

Either you are really bad at Photoshop or that is a very weird glitch/bug. Have you tried going into a game? I bet you will be invisible or something.

Never seen this before... You should try to re-download your game. If all else fails I think you should send Aeria a ticket.

and i redownloaded the game and didnt work

This can happen if Aeria's Loginservers are overload. Your client requests data from them like level,name,etc.

If you can enter the chosing channel do this:
1.Switch between Eu and Us Server and back
2.Enter the Capsule Store
3.Write someting in the Chat(More request to the Server)

If you have luck the Server reloads your Profile and you can play now

Yes. I let him play one day when i left for to a camping... seems to be he had done something..

It's not banned. Go to the technical support section at Aeria their site and download the APRIL folder. You messed with your files that's what happened.
