I would go for haze if it wasnt for the Overused and overated shiny effect he has. ( Apply image > Filter > Blur > Gaussion Blur then set it on Overlay. Thats all it takes... Way to overused... )

The entry thread was open for a month. The GFX mods/team was killed a couple of weeks ago. So don't complain, this is the best i can do. It's not fair for everyone that worked hard don't get recognized.

The GFX competitions will be back up hopefully after the whole section is re-done by Arun and new mods are in place. I was just finishing this one off.
