    I know its a mountain bike, but like, when you buy a mountain bike, you want it to be resistant and good suspension for when you jump or fall. You won't have those two qualities with a 460$ bike. For sure its good if he stays in the streets and have fun on little hills, but if he goes on big mountains and do real stuff, it won't last that long :/
