When i try to go the launcher n try to open the game it keeps on saying wrong id n pw but when i go to "forgot the password" and enter my id it says that "this id has been blocked because of vioation of terms of services " y?

Send a ticket to aeria and ask thew what it was banned for. If you bought this account then it most likely means that it's banned for account selling/trading/sharing
