Seriously, Naruto is good but there is better anime out there. I'm up to date with the anime and I've a read a few chapters ahead of the anime, so many damn fillers though.

Inb4, my signature is a bit of the song from the latest opening in Naruto. I love the artist.

You do realize Naruto is an Old ass Manga. Go ahead and find out how long ago it came out. And the imagine how long it took kishi to finish a storyline. Its not Modern.

You do realize that other anime series have adapted to the standards set by the modern anime, right? If its airing in current time it is part of the "modern" anime setting. But then again, those series usually don't stretch out a mediocre story to ridiculous lengths.


Sorry the amount of "story" in naruto is less than a teenage novel, so its not exactly what I'd call "hard to come up with." Much less since the thing has been going on for over a decade.

I never said you were part of a majority...I know you're a minority. You're the equivalent to a hipster, you hate the overrated manga/anime and you like all the underrated ones before they're "cool" or "mainstream".

Btw mainstream or not, you can't simply argue with the feelings a person has for a particular anime serie. Some love it some hate it... some are (supposingly) "narutards" or just childs of the almighty prophecy. I like to watch this ... though I'm sceptical about some parts ofc...

Everyone hates the fillers though all the other animes run for 13 eps and wait for a full 1/2 year(s) with the next release. BUT you can also look at it this way:
"If they were to stop broadcasting and work on the animation abit more instead of making fillers, it will probably be better." ( if you want to know the reason why look at the intense fight between naruto and pain, some of the work really looks like it still in the 3/4th stage of animation other wise known as the rough design).

Elitist talk about minority in their field, so do hipsters. I'm unfortunately not talking about a minority of shows, or a small amount, i'm talking about the majority(the VAST majority) of modern anime as a whole.

I'm saying naruto is the minority. Its one show that can't catch up to the rest of the current anime.
