Need some ideas to get me started on YouTube

I need some suggestions on what to do to get subscribers/fans. I was thinking doing tutorials for games, maybe Grand Theft Auto 4 fails, but I don't really have confidence in my voice, as it sounds normal in real life, but when recorded it sounds weird to me, not normal..

So yeah, I have a capture card and can record on PC, so please help me out and list some tips / suggestions.

Getter a better mic so your voice sounds more normal. And you should also do stuff on xbox/ps3 not just all on PC

if you like movies/anime/tv shows , or music, you can make video on that, such as amv etc. (trust me, i got most subscriber from making good amv, but you need good video editting skills to create nice one, and require software and video source,might be tough, but satisfying,make sure you choose your fav,else you will abandon the project later)
or you can make tutorials as everyone mentioned(any kind of), and...maybe game hacking tutorial etc..
