has anyone found a way to fix this?

I leveled, restarted my game. I am getting corrupted stats data.. And i get reversed to my original stats

For some reason, it only affects some people. It doesn't affect me. I don't know if it's that i don't use it in barracks.

it works on version 28 or not, because says 27v
