    Run AVA through SandBoxie Sandboxie - Sandbox software for application isolation and secure Web browsing it makes it where you can open CE without xsherlock detecting it as for xign codes just go to the ava hacks thread and the first one is a xign codes file deleter it is easy to use.

    There are a few methods to make CE undetectable but these are Private... I think no one will release a method or bypass soon!
