Ban

I got banned on my PS2 acc, got email and it said my acc was terminated, when i try to log on to PS2 to make a ticket, it says my acc is suspended, and i am unable to make a ticket. When i try to log into the game, it says I'm banned, and I'm kinda confused, am i banned or just have my acc on a suspension?

prolly just flat out banned. A ban, in essence, could be viewed as a "permanent suspension".
