There is a bug,where if you have unlimited ammo and rapid fire on, drinking a perk, or pack-a-punching, will after the animation, not bring back up the wepons, thus leaving you defenseless.

If you press the launch button, it tries to start this executable: "C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Steam\\SteamApps\\common\\call of duty black ops\\BlackOps.exe".
I think you installed BlackOps in a different directory.
Just start the game without using the launch button.

Yeah that happen to me as well. To fix this you have to go down, like In a trap or by a zombie. But be sure to use a revive perk before you go down.
