    No you can't.

    They don't IP ban. They GUID ban, which means that it bans
    the "special" key your account has. Which results in total
    ban.

    Yet, unfortunately this is correct. They GUID ban. You cannot undo their ban, and calling them won't help.

    Sadly enough they don't. If they did IP ban I still would have had my old account.
