i think us hould get the AMD processor one, better and it can handle high end games but if you really want to take the best out of that u should upgrade that GFX if u dont like 1 gb :P but its all good and that card is so high end

The GT630 is a terrible card for gaming. Go with the more expensive one for sure. The magical letter is 'X' when it comes to the nvidia lines.
Also in your case the GTX 650 will be the better solution. Though above all I'd recommend building your own system especially with such a low budget.
If you want the best bang for your buck on a video card, always go ATI. There are a few exceptions in certain areas, though in the 120-140$ price rage the GTX 650 is the cheapest 2gb video card at the moment.
Also note when buying cards at this point in time, 1gb vram is beginning to become quite low; and 1gb might not last you very long before you need to upgrade.
If you are looking to get a good year or two on a card, I would suggest investing into a 2gb card.

Might be the option, but as for the card pick another one, the GT is not a good one, either the 630 go for a GTX 650 as DOH! said
