Help> Giga with 245ap

Hello,
i download the tbl editor, now i saw some ppl in private server like koss (2years ago) had a giga with 245ap now they told me they edit it now i dont know how to do it some one here that done it befor or know how to tbl can help?

another thing, almost evry server got his own gm items like ring of primium, Neck of Gm or what ever the item . the stat of it is 255 for all weapon deff, how i can get it.? i have try to put the item almost in all the npc.. pot, wapon, jewlery NPc nothing works all the time when i drag the item into my invetroy he despear.. i know its bcuz in the server has another tbl.....
