Osso Bucco is my favorite meat dish. If it's done right it should be fork tender slides right off the bone.
Tons of flavor in it after you set that pan braise in. Any authentic Italian dining establishment should have it on their menu.
If you ever come across it, try it out. It's traditionally done with either pork or veal but I prefer the veal.
