Which shotgun is 100% 1-shot kill?

Distance is the max distance for that particular shotgun.
I used Spas-15 and shot one enemy from 5m in the face and he took 99hp and i also had the trigger which adds 10dmg.
So does every shotgun do this or there is a shtgun which always kills in that situation?

Blue Skull has the highest OHK range. SPAS-15 with Trigger 3 and Saiga-12 are good too.
