Which quest should i do to get these items fast ?

For Tainted Gem accept the quest of Bone dust reagent (Quest ID: 568) and /join castleundead
For Dark Crystal Shard accept the quest of Essence of defeat reagent (Quest ID: 570) then obtain and kill the following:
-Dark Makais (50/50)
-Escherion (Escherion Chain)
-Odokuro (O-dokuro's Tooth)
-Vath (Strand of vath's hair)
-Aracara (Aracara's Fang)
-Hydra Heads (Hydra Scale)
-Tibicenas (Tibecanas' Chain)

It took me 5-6 days to complete Juggernaut items of nulgath.

Get Le Bot 7.4 and do tainted gems 1 or 2, you can get them pretty fast.
