good or bad??? NEED YOUR HELP!

so my specs are:
motherboard: EP31-DS3L
Processor: Pentium R dual-core CPu e5300 @ 2.60Ghz.
Memory: 4096MB ram.
powersupply: 450Watt
Harddrive: seagate 500GB
Graphics card: Nvidia geforce 9500GT 512MB

i want to upgrade my graphics card from 9500GT to a Saphire HD7750 and i want to upgrade my 2.60Ghz processor to an AMD phenom II X4 965 3.4Ghz processor.. Orr a expensiver 3.9Ghz processor. will this all be a good choice to pimp my pc to a faster pc?

You're skimping on the PSU, don't. Upgrade to at least 600W.

i wont got money for that but will i be able to play wirhth psu or will i break it??? I need to wait 1 month before i get new money do you know an ecual processor thats cheap but very good?

If your PSU dies, then that can effect your whole system and damage it. any Intel Pentium is alright with your budget, the one you have now looks good.
