so whats flag mean? basically means they loose their honourable ribbon? or next time any issue occurs with their account they get banned? or what? pls tell me.
and do u have to use your actual account to do this, or can you use an alt account (while providing details relevant, like the username and recent passwords to the account u want flagged?)
