I know a lot of people say "Oh its my brother" when trying to make an excuse. I'm not making an excuse. It was my brother, but I'm taking responsibility for it since it was on my computer and it was on my IP.

I find it extremely hard to believe Extreme would scam, or even be a previously banned scammer from what I've seen of him, but proving this whole brother story is half impossible :/

same here, in the past we've always banned the people even if it was their "friends/cousins/siblings" since we've always kind of assumed its their responsibility
but you make the final decision, you the H.A.

Thats what I said. I know it was a sibling but it was my responsibility, like I said it was on my computer/ my IP. I still wan't to refund this guy who got scammed.

Tho I don't have access to ip's and stuff but I'd say Fox was oppressed , I really talked with him on MSN and he explained every thing .
And if he wasn't then he deserves it.

This is an incident that Happened a long time ago that I had no idea about it until this week. I don't know who "Fox" is but you said he scammed? I didnt scam at all. All the blame is fallen on me since it was my IP, I don't mind being responsible for this. I came here to prove I'm not a scammer and refund the money that's rightfully His/Her's.
