Not necessarily. You see, the update started, like I said, at midnight PDT server time. This means it started at times for different time zones. They will get done at the same times, cause the servers aren't based on states or time zones. You connect to the same servers as everyone else, unless you're using a different combat arms (eg. CA EU) When the servers are up for one person, say, in California or Japan, or wherever, they will be up for everyone else. So with that said, the poster of this thread lied.
