Help me figure out my build

What I have so far, and this is before looking for deals this is just the first things I saw in my range

    CoolerMaster StormScout
    Seagate Barracuda 1T
    Crucial Ballistix sport 4g
    Intel I-3 3220

I need help choosing a Mobo and graphics card, as well as figuring out what PSU i will need
Whats the difference in the I3 3220 and the I3 2120? Would it be better to drop down to the lowest I3 to try and keep my budget?

Try using this website it has alot of builds on loads of different budgets Logical Increments - PC Buying Guide and the difference in I3 3220 and the I3 2120 would be quite abit (you would notice it when gaming)
