    MW3 - NeeTools v3.0 MP+SP (Big update/fixes)

    NeeTools v3.0!!!
    I thought why not make it public already?
    VAC3 status = UNDETECTED
    VAC2 status = UNDETECTED
    UAC3 status = UNDETECTED
    I added multiple features and fixed some bugs.
    v4.0 will most likely have a host menu. Since I have to start with that I can't promise anything just yet.
    I'm almost 24/7 working on this project. I think it'll be just fine.
    I tried to fix as many bugs as I can.
