I just spent $50 at the record store on Sunday. Bought myself some Genesis, Peter Gabriel, some shit for my dad (it was Father's Day after all), and some Sea Wolf album.



It's hard to find someone who actually appreciates vinyl. Sure, I know people that collect, but they only do it because it's "in". All they do is buy the cheapest and shittiest turntable they can find (aka any fucking crosley) and just dick around with their SO DEEP AND INDIE MUSIC like Mumford and Sons or something just as terrible.
Really pisses me off, especially because I spent $100 on my cartridge alone. Hard to explain why that pisses me off, but I'm sure you understand.

People collect shit like stamps, coins, etc. but they have absolutely no use other than to just collect dust on your shelf. At least with records you can play then 'n shit.
