I used the unlock all killer challenges, and I haven't been banned. If you're going to show your medals, at least make it look like you actually earned it, for example don't get a 1-10 Kill/Death ratio with the Nuclear challenge medal equipped AKA don't suck. Makes it way too obvious. Doing this should keep you out of the banning radar, because if I'm not wrong, you only get checked for hacking if multiple players report you, and if they find something suspicious then well, you'll get banned.

you cant control that and its not really necessary that you can do that.

To anyone that was thinking of using the xp booster I wouldn't use it if you are trying to look legit. My reasoning for that is when you use it and you get your xp and back out it adds like 790 FFA wins on to your account. That is a bad thing. It also unlocks titles that you may not have the requirements met for. Like in my case it unlocked the TDM master when I have never even earned a single TDM title or challenge to start earning that title. So if you are trying to make it look like you are legit do not use this and actually play the game.

EDIT - Alright so this cheat is detected for anyone that was thinking of using it. I just bought this game to cheat on it of course about 2 days ago. Only cheat I have used. I am now currently perma banned on the game, do I care? No. I play xbox this was just a fun experience but if you do play BO2 on PC only then do not use this, allow my experience to save your 60 USD :P
