It is true, never have heard of a BAN by macros. Only if a player takes a video. But with the lag that exist on servers, it is not evidence.
Only if you make a video of you, on shooting, but it would be very silly, I think.

Not a problem. If I made a FREE hack and gave it to select people, I wouldn't like it if others tried getting it. It's not like you're charging for it. It's free, and its users are up to your discretion and selection.

If they record it, yes. If they just report you and GM's will view your screen, nothing suspiscious can be seen.
