It is working even after patch as described in first post.

Well I tried it with my brother and we couldn't manage to get him into his own game, even if he clicked solo he'd join my game half a second later :P

This doesnt work anymore, i tried about 23 time i click solo, heard noise but i was still in the same lobby.

I dont know what that people doing, but it is still working. I tried it with my friend, just a second ago.

ok, so i accept invite and when i load at the void screen (the one after the black screen and quickly select solo from the options thing) right, if so i did do that and it does't work for me

My English not perfect, but tense mean a lot here. You should choose solo AFTER you have loaded the lobby, not during load or something. There usually already "Play now" button, but first 0.5-1 sec it sill works as online/solo/private mods menu.

yeah, srry about the sentence structure but that is what i did; after u accept the invite before the lobby loads, the screen goes black and then u load in the lobby (where u have the second to choose the play options). I did this and it didnt work that is why i said it doesnt work... maybe it works for some people and not others?
