    Honestly, they are all good. I think the 1st is better than the 2nd of those to in comparison. And the 3rd is the best out of all of them. Now for the third I could give you some tips.

    [This is for the 3rd one]
    Keep one Original image of the anime character but make it an overlay, have a duplicate of that image and make it an overlay as well but smudge the edges first in kinda of a spiky way, and have the duplicate layer be underneath the original layer, that should make the character pop out more and give you a better focal point that blends well with the whole sig.
