Borderlands 2 - Michael Mamaril

This Michael Mamril needs to get his 10% spawning ass into one of my 5 different saves. I need him to spawn so I can get the trophy that he gives. Once I have that trophy I will have earned my Platinum for Borderlands 2.

I had an idea, I remember hearing that before the patch he had a much greater spawn rate in Sanctuary. I figure if I delete the patch and just load up a new save off default Borderlands 2, he will spawn for me.
