Its no logic at all. Its just mere speculation. I only open cases late in the night and will get mostly 30D guns. Occasionally I will get a 90D and if the game is feeling really nice, a perm.

Keep the SCAR-H + Baron's M416 CQB and use renewals on them. Very nice weapons.
