BlackCipher related to HackShield?

So, since I moved to Korea, and I can only play CAKR, I decided to hack CAKR for once since the subforum is blank all the time. First, I gotta learn how to bypass the security. I was wondering if BlackCipher is different from HackShield or if it's just the same thing. Here's a screenshot. I don't live in the Americas right now and I really don't know what the HackShield folder looks like because my last time playing CANA was like three years ago. I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

Saw a thread in the Discussion forums and everyone says they don't know what BlackCipher looks like.... so here it is. Does it look any different from HShield?
