So If you're a newbie go and work on some basic things and not complicated as these.
Only VB, C++ and C#?
Why didn't you ask for VB, C++, C#, Java, PHP, ASP.NET, Assembly, Perl and Delphi?!
First of all forget c++ and c#. These are much harder languages than visual basic. You are going to get really confused when programming these languages at the same time. So only focus on Visual Basic as of now.
Second, you don't need any books for Visual Basic. There are thousands of tutorials on youtube. Check those out.

I will learn it from youtube, because in my country there is no enough books about visual basic "They say not important in your life you just need to know basic things in it"
and in my school they already using QBasic
