no it doesnt because even in movie mode it will playback your fov because if someome plays on 90 and your pc cant handle that it would be unfair it just plays back as the fov u got

since its working with others then the problem from you
try this
-run as admin
-this isn't for T6M (FourDeltaOne)
-open the game and change your fov by pressing "up and down" buttons (you can't write)

Maybe you think it works for Cracked Single player only ? Just asking from you, but I ain't gonna use it.

I can test it on FourDeltaOne, servers on it doesn't work, yet. Because it's on alpha stage.
But it can work on custom game with the bots.

i run it as adminstrator with windows 8 but still not work -.-

I'm having the same issue, I am running the program on Windows 8 and as an administrator, but it cannot find my game, I have tried the BO2testFoV one as well with no luck
