IF that happened, then it is definitely not the seller's fault. According to my knowledge, if somebody gifts you a game on Steam, and you get it, and activate it, then the original buyer has no control over that game whatsoever anymore. So I would suggest not calling this guy a scammer without sufficient proof/research.

Well actually, the seller can chargeback the payment and the person who owns the game will lose the game.

Steam gifts bought by stolen stuff " CC or Paypal hacked " will disappear from the account after some time " maybe days , weeks and maybe months "

And ya he's a scammer until now , because I bought some gifts from him 2 weeks ago and when I was buying I asked him and he said that it's not bought by hacked stuff and told me won't get recovered

Just today , my 3 gifts he bought me disappeared from my account :O
