Im new :), but i need help not mpgh hax help it's about luancher

Hi guys my name IG-In Game is ForceLoly im here to request some help from you.
My problem is when i get into aeria ignite luancher i go start AVA but it dont show the luancher the starter.

here what i do:
i start aeria ignite
then i click on AVA start button, but it dont show AVA luancher, this problem was'nt when i download the hax it was before i get the hacks, my ava is okay my graphic card is okay sometime it show the luancher and works fine but after i quit and get back it dont work why?!!

im not playing on the acc anymore, this name was from 2012, but i called my self here as forceloly the old acc,



i reinstall the game many times and works but when i quit and get back it dont

There is a way on open the game without the launcher , go to your ava folder , go to Logs folder, see a *.txt (* Stands for any txt file you see): Go to the end of the file were you see

AVA.exe -key="[SOMETHING HERE]" -steam=true -sublang=USA

, you copy what i told you (Obviusly replace [SOMETHING HERE] with the things you have on your txt) then go to Cmd (Command Prompt).
# Change directory to yours Binaries folder inside AVA .
# Then type the thingy you copied before .

Are you using STEAM?...even if you open AVA from Aeria ignite It can't start...mine doesn't.....so if you are using it try closing it

I HAVE THE SOLUTION ! :
ALT+SHIFT+DELETE, then look for ava.exe, and remove it !
