Got annoyed of people asking me to PM them, so here....
Read the instructions on the link, if you don't.. It won't work.

Tut
Step 1.
See the little monitor in the bottom right corner? (It could be bars if using Wifi) Right click it and click open network and sharing centers.
Step 2.
In the top left corner there should be something that says, change adapter settings. Click it.
Step 3.
You should see some adapters. Click on one of 'em and then in the top bar it should say "Disable this network driver.
Step 4.
Do that to all of 'em.
Step 5.
The internet won't work anymore, you can now play, when finished playing read next post.
Step 5.
Your internet will stop working. Repeat the steps again except click on enable this network device.

Was done on windows 8.

You will need to do this everytime you play.

No problem, as for multiplay, I think it allows local, not completely sure.

No, you need a torrent application such as bit torrent to download it though.
