1 If you have more than 1 partition of your hard drive that is (C:\, D:\, E:\ etc)-
Copy all of your important files from every nook and corner of the C:\ drive in win 7 to other drives such as D:\ or E:\. If you have insufficient space in any other drives..back up your data on to external device such as CD or DVD or a Flash drive or external HDD. which ever available.
    -
2 If you have only one partition. i.e [C:\] only than just back up the data necessary in external media
    -
3 After securing the necessary data restart the computer.
    -
4 Insert the Disc (Win xp) and del the C:\ partition only, and create a new partition drive with NTFS system. Press enter and complete additional formalities such as adjust keyboard config, date and time, Currency standards, Installing necessary drivers of mobo, sound card, video card, Direct X rd's, Antivirus,...etc
    -
5 Restore your back up data from which ever place you backed them up to your desired locations
    -
    * Win 7 is way better than xp. Xp is good for only single core CPU's(that designed b/w 2002-2006) and will not give the best performance for multicore cpu's of modern days.

That's the best Tut I could find for ya'.

    Good Luck.

I've done in myself. But I have a problem it says I am missing the hal.dll file or the file might be corrupt.
Plus I have 2 Disk Partitions

    C: and F:

But I installed Windows XP On Driver F:
Will that be my problem ? I have 2 Windows folder and 2 system32. Wtf and also I didn't experience reformat.

Sorry for my wrong grammars :]
