Fake IRC Ranks

So, on a few games you have these 'gambling clans', they all use IRC channels to host gambles, you'd have to go to the guy, give the host your stake, then do the bet and if you win, you get it doubled and get it back.

Now on this particular gambling clan, you'll have the ranks with @ and % signs. When you put these in your own nickname, they'll get changed to underscores.

I was wondering if there was a way to actually fake the IRC into thinking you're a ranked, or just a symbol which looks like one of these. The symbols however need to be accepted by the system, as almost all symbols are corrected ( ^ % # $ etc dont work) COMMANDS DO NOT HAVE TO WORK

I haven't figured it out yet.

What I wanna do is 'be' a rank and then start people to trust trade me their cash, and then not even do the bet. I'll just have their money and run off.

The best thing about this is, that if I can, gambling is against the rules off the game, so they can't go and report me for it, as there's no evidence of my scam. All of the scam is done on the IRC, the only thing shown on the actual game is the player giving me his stuff. He can go and write them an e-mail saying he trust traded it for a bet, but betting is against the rules so they won't help him.

There's more than likely a symbol that looks exactly or very similar to one of those symbols.
Check Messletters (Google it), they have all the Alt symbols there.

Tried the promille sign (‰, playing it off as omega ‰mega) but that didnt work, got UNDERSCORED

More than likely IRC changes all symbols to underscores by default.
I don't use many IRC channels, so I don't actually know.

As stated in my previous post, all I'm doing is making IRL cash off it, I create f2p accounts and make them bot to 99 (Have a woodcutter for 2 days now, lvl 74 woodcutting) and then start money making w/ em, then I sell that money for RL $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Those symbols are reserved by IRC for operators, half-operators and people with voice so they're automatically be converted to underscores. There's no way to get around it as far as I know.
