When its installed their should be 7 bars on the top, click the one that says graphics.
Now, tell me what it says next to name.

found out why my other laptop wasnt working either, if others are having the same error as me ( with the direct 3D thing ) they posted on the picorama page that intel graphics cards are currently not supported by the game

found the solution to the direct3d error all you need to do is put a dllfile into the folder ( according to your computer 36 or 64 ) mine still laggs so its probably the best i can do for now until he supports intel
