As I can see there are a lot of users confused about what is this for, what AVA version it is for. You should explain it better so everyone gets it.

I need either of the two folders: XIGNCODE.SG or XIGNCODE.PH.

With the full and updated files in them. In your attachment only XIGNCODE.THA is up to date and I can't login to that server.

Clean up your brain.
These files are for AVA SEA I think or some other version of AVA.

They we're made for ppl which had problems with updating XIGNCODE..
