I heard you can get fake paypal accounts.

How would I bypass paypal to get the account? o.O

Lol you make a fake account by using fake details, then getting somebody to verify it for you.

Then ideally you do the eBay method to get a couple thousand, move it over to your real paypal, and watch as the fake one get's limited.

(Be sure to use a proxy the whole time though)

@HyPnOtised I suggest you to use a proxychain for the highest grade of security.
Also, i suggest to spoof your own browser and your MAC adress.
