In last days, spam has had a sort of a boom in AVA section. This could happen to all other sections so:
-I suggest making mandatory the forum rules reading.
-How?
Well, when you are registering in some websites, they have a list of rules and terms of agreement, right? Some of them have a timed button that you can only click and proceed with the registration after the time has passed. I think that a 1-5 minute timer with the forum rule when new users resgister would be a nice way to make them read the forum rules. Since they have to wait, the chances that they might read the rules are bigger than just having a sticky post about rules on every section. This could reduce every kind of rule breaking and make the moderators job much easier.
I hope you like my suggestion and don't say it's useless crap if you don't like it. I have be submited to this method in other websites and I read the rules, sometimes more than once.
It's a good idea, IMO.

I think that few people saw this thread, I think it's an important problem that mpgh needs to solve... If I could reach more members would be good but how? I think this isn't going to be imlemented at all even though it is a fairly effective method. When you say ain't nobody got 5 minutes for reading, do you know they have 5 minutes for spamming
people have been spamming in the ava section like crazy!
Very good idea. But, this would punish the sections that don't spam . Of course, the DayZ section gets the occasional idiot who wants to spam, but very rarely.
