    10 - 15 minutes. Depends on how long it takes the hot water to make it to the shower, and if I'm feeling sore and want an extra few minutes in the heat.

    Cold water doesn't open your pores, so you get acne. Even in the winter though I flash it to cold water for a few seconds before I get out, to close my pores as well as its good for sore muscles
