Open AC rare shops?

I have been wanting some armour that was an AC rare back at the evil war. I know that with Le bot you can open shops but the shop i want doesnt work. Is there any other way to get the armour or access the shop? Is the stuff gone for good?

Unfortunately no there gone for good. They removed those shops and items from the game with no other way to obtain them.
